We respect and value the privacy of all Publishers, Advertisers and Internet visitors.
We do not collect any email addresses that you may supply nor do we plan to. An exception is when you contact us and we have to reply to you.
We're proud to say we fight spam.
Any other personal information we collect from you is for our records only and will not be shared or sold to any third party vendors at any time.
We do not use any type of cookies.
We do not collect or distribute browser cookies.
We do not collect or distribute IP addresses.
We collect only the social networking/sharing trend, from the websites in which E-MAILiT is active.
DISCLOSURE. We treat Publishers, Advertisers and Internet visitors, by default, as advertising opted-out from not collecting non-personally identifiable information about website visits for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising and web browser tracking.
E-MAILiT (collectively referred to as "SERVICE"), founded by Nikitas Georgopoulos, helps you to use the button. Your use of SERVICE will be subject to these TERMS OF SERVICE below. We ask that you read these legally binding TERMS OF SERVICE carefully because if you breach any of these TERMS OF SERVICE, your authorization to use SERVICE automatically terminates. If you do not agree with these TERMS OF SERVICE please discontinue use of the SERVICE immediately. SERVICE reserves the right to change or modify these TERMS OF SERVICE, such change or modification will be effective upon the posting of new TERMS OF SERVICE on the SERVICE. You agree to be bound by any such posted changes. It is important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Accessing SERVICE using 'Bots' or other automated access methods is illegal. You agree to use SERVICE only towards the intended normal use and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree to use the SERVICE in such a manner as to not violate any local or federal laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to anti-spam, copyright or privacy laws. SERVICE reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, fully or partly, temporarily or permanently, the SERVICE and with or without notice. If SERVICE recognizes that your use of SERVICE may be (i) libelous, obscene, excessively violent, scandalous, defamatory, pornographic adult or child, or that SERVICE determines in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable, undesirable, or objectionable, (ii) a violation of any law, regulation, or rights of a third party, including, but not limited to, rights under the copyright law and prohibitions on libel, slander, and invasion of privacy, (iii) not in accordance to the User found to be used for spamming, SERVICE has the right, but not the obligation, to remove or disable access to the SERVICE or to require you to immediately cease and desist from such use. You are signing up for the SERVICE that you may link from your website or service solely as a convenience to your Internet visitors ('Linked SERVICE'). SERVICE does not endorse any such Linked SERVICE or the information, products or services contained on the Linked SERVICE. The button and its services provided by the SERVICE act only as technical interface for Linked SERVICE users and that SERVICE does not itself verify the qualifications of such users, nor does it evaluate or control in any ongoing manner exchanges between users. SERVICE cannot and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, safety, reliability, timeliness, innocuousness, legality or applicability of anything said, written, posted, displayed or otherwise made available by any user. THE SERVICE TECHNOLOGY AND SOFTWARE COULD INCLUDE TECHNICAL OR OTHER MISTAKES, INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. SERVICE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH ERRORS OR OMISSIONS. ALL INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE SERVICES ON SERVICE ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THE WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SERVICE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (ii) THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF SERVICE OR SOFTWARE. EVEN IF SERVICE HAS BEEN ADVISED, KNOWS OR SHOULD KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE USE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF CONTENT THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH USE. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SERVICE, harmless from and against any claim, action or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you transmit through SERVICE and its software, your violation of these TERMS OF SERVICE, or your violation of any rights of another. All trademarks, trade names, service marks, service names of various communication services to which SERVICE provides an interface are the property of their respective holders. SERVICE is controlled by its founder Nikitas Georgopoulos. By accessing SERVICE, you agree that the statutes and laws of Greece without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, shall govern all matters relating to your access to, or use of, SERVICE and any Content. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. BY EITHER CLICKING THE "GET THE BUTTON'' AND/OR BY INSTALLING AND USING OUR BUTTONS, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. If you do not agree, you may not download, use or test our buttons.
a. ABOUT THE SERVICE. The SERVICE provides a platform for publishers to offer their Internet visitors content sharing capabilities, to deliver advertisements and to analyze website performance. Publishers may have the option to: test and use the SERVICE without any advertising components, test and use the SERVICE with third party advertising networks, test and use the SERVICE in combination with advertisements provided by us and third party advertisements, or test and use the SERVICE with advertisements delivered by us.
b. ADVERTISING SERVICES. We may (but we have no obligation) to offer a program in which we sell and deliver to publisher sites advertisements via the SERVICE. We may select in our sole discretion the publishers who will participate in such a pilot program. The TERMS of such advertising program, including any revenue distribution, shall be determined in a separate, written addendum agreed to by us and the applicable publishers. We have no obligation to make the advertising program available to you or any other publisher, and we may discontinue offering any advertising services with the SERVICE at any time. If you use a third party advertising network, you agree that you are solely responsible to abide by the terms imposed by such advertising SERVICE.
c. QUALIFICATIONS. In order to qualify for the SERVICE: You must be an individual or business entity that is legally capable to enter into contracts. You must be a E-MAILiT publisher and agree that the TERMS OF SERVICE of the E-MAILiT Publisher Agreement are binding on you. You must register with us and provide accurate and complete registration information. You must keep this information up to date at all times. If you are selected to participate in our advertising program, you must enroll and meet the requirements below. You must be in compliance at all times with these TERMS OF SERVICE. You must use the code and platform provided by us. You must not have been convicted of any felony. Your websites must be in compliance with these TERMS OF SERVICE and with applicable law. If you are selected to participate in our pilot advertising program, you must enroll in the program and agree to the TERMS OF SERVICE of a separate advertising addendum that must be executed by you and us.
d. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISERS. You understand and agree that we have no liability to you for payments of any advertising fees if you opt not to offer advertising through the SERVICE or if you use third party advertising services; all rights and obligations are between you and the advertising SERVICE.
e. RESPONSIBILITIES. You are responsible for obtaining at your own expenses all equipment, Internet access and connections necessary for you to use the SERVICE. You are responsible for logging in, process any payment and checking the status of your account periodically.
f. RESTRICTIONS. Violate these TERMS OF SERVICE. Violate the rights of others. Cause damage to or interfere with the proper functioning of the SERVICE or our networks. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our SERVICE or any publisher accounts, computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. We may take any legal and technical remedies to prevent the violation of this provision and to enforce these TERMS OF SERVICE.
g. INVESTIGATE. We have the right to investigate or monitor in our own discretion and by any means we deem appropriate your compliance with these TERMS OF SERVICE and any activity or conduct that we believe violates these TERMS OF SERVICE.
h. FEEDBACK. We give you the opportunity to submit comments, suggestions and feedback regarding your use of the SERVICE. You agree that in absence of any separate agreement to the contrary, we will be free to use, without compensation to you, any feedback you provide for any purpose.
i. TAXES. You are responsible for all taxes and governmental fees of any kind that are imposed on or arise out of any income you derive from your participation in the SERVICE.
j. SUPPORT. We provide support services for the SERVICE through various channels, such as; our website, via email, facebook and twitter profiles.
